Upon the buffet’s opening, guests may find themselves inclined towards either a self-service experience or the attentive assistance of our dedicated waitstaff, depending on the occassion. It’s important to note that all our products are meticulously handmade. We do not offer commercially produced items only local. Should there be any customizations desired, we are happy to adjust, incorporating fresh fruits if needed. Our selection includes locally sourced ingredients such as lemon, orange, cucumber, strawberry, and mint. Additionally, we boast a Thermomix capable of crafting anything from ice cream to bread, offering an extensive repertoire of 36,000 recipes. Our syrups are artisanally prepared, including the Citrus Syrop. We pride ourselves on our ability to craft cocktails, each meticulously prepared with a dedication that entails a minimum two-hour preparation.
